How Creator Voting Works

Starting new weekly contests, nominating creators, voting for them, and awarding creators their prizes are all part of DAO 2.0 which has not yet been proposed and therefore not effective yet. That means that before creator contests can begin, DAO 2.0 must be proposed, voted in by the Apollo holders, and activated. We expect the Apollo community to usher in DAO 2.0 in early March. Until then, here is a sneak peek at how creator voting will be handled in DAO 2.0.

More information is forthcoming as the Apollo community finalizes its design of the creator voting system as well as an all-new Web3 user interface that will allow Apollo holders to easily view nominations, cast their vote, and review the winners.
